Our View21 platform includes interfaces and a high degree of automation and straight through processing to provide a seamless and multichannel customer onboarding experience. The online process includes compliance requirements like anti-money laundering and know your customer built-in, electronic identification and signing, automatic opening of accounts, card ordering, payment schemes and savings agreements, as well as loan application including credit scoring, utilizing internal and external information sources.

 

Standardization & customization at the same time

Banqsoft’s front solutions offer standardization and customization at the same time. The solutions are based on a 3-step principle; first - a common framework, second - a library of standard components and finally - customized design and interactions.

The common framework includes access control, security, navigation, configuration and authentication. Various ad-on components and 3rd party plug-ins are put into the framework; like, customer onboarding, e-signature, loan calculators, scoring cards, application processes, payments, engagement overview, digital archive, online mailbox, dealer reports, drivers journal or “my page”, all branded and customized to the corporate design, look and feel.
