CEO Terje Kjøs has been working within the Banking IT area for more than 20 years. With background from EVRY and Santander, Terje has long experience with bank and finance software implementations in the European market. Terje joined Banqsoft in 2010 and has filled various management positions, most recently as Head of the Financial Solutions area, focusing on product development. Terje took over as CEO in January 2018.
CFO Eje Öberg has for more than 20 years held the senior management positions as Business Controller, Treasurer and CFO within a variety of industries. Prior to joining Banqsoft as CFO in 2011, Eje came from the position as Senior Management Consultant at Visma Services AB, acting as CFO or Business Controller in a number of start-ups.
Kristina Salemyr is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of experience from the financial services industry, primarily from Nordea and Nasdaq (OMX). Over the years, Kristina has held leadership positions in Sales/Account Management, Business Development and Product Management, Customer Services and Operations, always working in the crossroads between business and IT. Before joining Banqsoft in April 2021, Kristina worked for the consultancy firm Influence where she led strategic initiatives in the banking sector.
Per Högberg has been working in management positions in the IT area for more then 20 years across a variety of industries, both as IT manager, manager for Consultancy teams and managing Project delivery teams. Per joined Banqsoft in 2016 from the position as head of Projects and Process development at BMW Financial Services Scandinavia AB.
Fredrik has 18 years of broad experience within credit management and financial services, with a background primarily related to credit and operations, sales and customer relationship management, business development, IT, product management and responsibility for business units. Before joining Banqsoft in June 2021, Fredrik spent his earlier career within Lindorff and INTRUM in various roles both internationally and domestically, most recently as Head of Loan and Invoice services.
Sofia Norsebäck has been working within the Banking and Finance industry for 15 years, held different positions within customer service, operations, compliance and mainly project management in companies such as BlueStep Citibank and Emric/TietoEvry. Sofia joined Banqsoft 2014 and has had different roles, the most recent one before taking over PMO in 2019 was as Business Unit manager for Customer Experience.
Tobias Wikström is a business professional with more than 20 years experience from the IT-industry working in sales, business development and product management. In recent years, Tobias has focused on the software industry in areas such as cash management, invoice management, asset finance and retail banking. Prior to joining Banqsoft in 2017, Tobias held several prominent commercial roles during his 11 years at OpusCapita.
Fredrik Erikstad has more than 10 years experience as an HR professional. In various roles he has focused on organizational efficiency through employee engagement, leadership development and internal communication. His legal background led him to HR responsibilities in the Law firm, Simonsen Vogt Wiig, before joining Banqsoft in 2016. Since April 2020, he is Head of HR leading a department of 9 HR professionals.
