All Banqsoft’s customers have their own Service Manager assigned to be their running contact point and part of the account team in Banqsoft.
Banqsoft’s software is continuously refined. If a correction is needed, our Support team manages the process all the way from a case is initiated to a solution has been delivered.
For our ASP customers, Banqsoft manage the full cycles of upgrades, including customer-specific testing and deploy.
Application Operation Services
Banqsoft’s application operation services take care of running the View21 platform for our customers. The physical system environment can be hosted by the customer, or by Banqsoft.
Through professional partners, Banqsoft can extend the operational services to include hosting, with Banqsoft being the single point of contact for all operational and hosting tasks.
