Banqsoft as software vendor and application services provider, operate personal data both as a Data Processor and as a Data Controller.

As a Data Processor, Banqsoft processes personal data on behalf of Banqsoft’s customers, who in their turn are the Data Controllers for these data. These Data Controllers are responsible for the personal data of the related data subjects.

As a Data Controller, Banqsoft operates personal data of our employees and information related to our services or sales. Indirectly, visitors to our web pages may be identified through their IP-addresses.
