Controllers are responsible for the Personal Data of the related Data Subjects. As a data
processor, Banqsoft processes personal data in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement
entered with Data Controller. As a Data Controller Banqsoft operates Personal Data of our
employees and information related to our services or sales.
