Banqsoft as a software vendor and an application services provider operate Personal Data both as Data Processor and as Data Controller. As Data Processor, Banqsoft processes Personal Data on behalf of Banqsoft’s customers, who are the Data Controllers for these data. The Data Controllers are responsible for the Personal Data of the related Data Subjects. 
As Data Processor, Banqsoft processes Personal Data in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement entered with Data Controller. 

As Data Controller, Banqsoft operates Personal Data of our employees for purposes related to our role as employer and service provider.
