As a Data Processor, Banqsoft processes Personal Data on behalf of Banqsoft’s customers, who are the Data Controllers for these data. These Data Controllers are responsible for the Personal Data of the related Data Subjects. As a data
processor, Banqsoft processes personal data in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement entered with Data Controller. As a Data Controller, Banqsoft operates Personal Data of our employees and information for purposes related to our services or sales.
